1.《企业法人营业执照》是企业取得法人资格和合法经营的凭证。
Corporate Business License is the warrant for an enterprise to be
entitled with corporation qualification and to start with lawful
business.

《企业法人营业执照》分正本和副本，正本和副本具有同等法律效力。营业执照正本应该放在企业法人住所醒目的位置。企业法人可根据业务需要，向登记机关申请领取若干副本。
There are two editions for the Corporate Business License, say the
original and copy, of which have the same force adeffect. The original
should be placed on the striking position of the enterprise location.
The corporate can apply to the register department for several copies
upon request.
3 营业执照不得伪造、涂改、出租、出借、转让。除登记机关外，其他任何单位和个人均不得扣留、收缴和吊销。
Any forgery, alteration, lease, lend, and transfer is prohibited to the
Business License. Except for the register department, no other units or
individual is allowed to detain, capture and withdraw it.
4 企业法人应该在核准登记的经营范围内从事经营活动。
The corporate should limit his business activites within the business
scope registered and approved.
5 企业法人登记注册事项发生变化时，应向原登记机关申请变更登记。
Should any changes of the registered matters happened to the corporate,
it should apply to the original department for the alteration.
6 每年一月一日至四月三十日，登记机关对企业法人进行年度检验。
The annual inspection to the corporate will be carried out from every
Jan. 1st to Apr. 30th by the registered department
7 企业注销登记时，应交回营业执照正、副本。营业执照被登记机关吊销后即自行失效。
For the logout registration, the enterprise should return the original
and copy. The Business License would be invalid automatically when being
withdrawn by the register department.
